1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WisdomVault website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
WisdomVault provides digital marketing and web development services including but not limited to social media management, paid advertising, campaign strategy, performance analysis, and website development. Specific terms, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information necessary to perform services.
- Granting required access to platforms, accounts, and assets in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Ensuring all content provided to WisdomVault does not infringe on third-party rights.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. All fees are due on the dates agreed. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for them. WisdomVault retains the right to use work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies remain the property of WisdomVault.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
WisdomVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, clients are responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
